Internal
Record System (IRS)
The
heart of the internal records system is the order-to-payment cycle.
The
general functions of IRS is help the marketing managers rely on internal
reports on orders, sales, prices, costs, inventory levels, receivables,
payables and so on. The important things in IRS is by analysing this information,
we can spots important opportunities and problems.
The
type of the information system that related to IRS is Operational-level
systems. Operational-level systems support operational managers of ZAWARA by
keeping track of the elementary activities and transactions of the
organization, such as sales, receipts, cash deposits, payroll, credit
decisions, and the flow of materials in ZAWARA.
The
end user that involved in IRS is Sales Managers. Sales managers can monitor
everything in their territories and get current sales forecasts anytime. The
owner of it was the marketing manager.
